BIO
When I was a kid, I started my own company...and I've been knocking on doors and unlocking opportunities ever since. I am passionate about developing people, creating engaging and collaborative cultures at work, and delivering stellar sales results. I’m a trusted advisor, seasoned leader, and empathetic mentor.
From developing strategic plans and process improvement, to recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals, I have twenty-five years sales experience – over eleven spent in sales leadership. I have consistently developed top-performing leaders and teams in hospitality, tourism, customer service, retail, staffing, automotive, consumer packaged goods, and technology.
I start with my teams – and truly get to know them. What is their Why? What are their goals? Taking care of my team allows them to take care of the customer, in turn producing value for the company and its shareholders.
