With a proven track record spanning Amazon, Opendoor, Tesla, and Royal Caribbean, I combine entrepreneurial agility with strategic discipline to build scalable sales organizations, penetrate new markets, and turn underperforming teams into top performers.
Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Opendoor, I'm rebuilding national sales leadership infrastructure and driving cross-functional alignment across distributed teams. Through targeted sales transformation initiatives and performance optimization, I drove a 500% improvement in conversion in just 5 months.
