BIO
Chris Wipke is consummate sales leader. He brings a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and strong business
acumen to global Fortune 500 companies and PE-backed startups. With a laser focus on developing
actionable sales strategies, Chris drives profitable revenue growth, penetrates new markets, and scales
global businesses.
In his current role as Regional Manager and Senior Business Coach for Amazon.com, Chris develops and
executes a multi-year operating strategy for Amazon’s Top 30 delivery service partners. He established a
strategy that improved service quality and program compliance, resulting in 24% YoY sales volume growth
and the portfolio’s rating as the Top Performer in the Amazon network.
His experience with the PE-backed startup, Drive Sally, as Director of Sales and Operations proved Chris’
talent as an entrepreneur. He established and scaled the first-ever electric taxi service in New York City and
launched a rideshare rental fleet in Chicago. He provided the strategic direction and leadership for operations
and sales.
Combining his entrepreneurial, sales, and operations expertise, Chris created Tesla’s phone-based sales
operation, playbook, and team, which he later leveraged to pivot the operation to a virtual sales model
during COVID. He built an accountable sales culture across North America, trained a national sales team,
and achieved 250% of annual revenue goals.
Chris started his career with Royal Caribbean Cruises where he quickly advanced from an Outbound Sales
Agent to a Sales Coach and ultimately an Outbound Sales Manager for Celebrity Cruises. As Rookie of the
Year and Sales Coach of the Year, he exceeded expectations and generated multiple millions of dollars in
incremental revenue. Demonstrating his sales operations abilities, Chris built an outbound coverage sales
team and innovative sales motion that transformed the Customer Service call center from a cost center to a
profit driver.
A dual graduate of Saint Louis University, Chris holds two bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration
and in Spanish. He is a certified Career Development Coach.
